If you head Up West this Easter, you can enjoy both chips and robots AKA the perfect day. Take in Science Museum's mind-blowing Robots exhibition, then take a trip up the road to visit Kensington Place, for what Shortlist described as 'the glistening Cristiano Ronaldo of fish and chips'. You won't regret it.
Feelin' fancy
How often do you get four days off in a row without pillaging your holiday allowance? Not often enough - so when these occasions do come around, they should be celebrated with a super-fancy Sunday lunch! If that's what you're in the market for then look no further than Orrery in stylish Marylebone where the finest spring ingredients taking centre stage in dishes like this vanilla panna cotta with Yorkshire rhubarb.
Get up a height
Remember Sir Anish Kapoor's spectacular sculpture at the 2012 Olympic Park? Ever wonder what happened to it? Well, it's been turned into the world's longest tunnel slide, obviously. It's super-fun and there are loads of slots still open on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. We would advise waiting until after your trip to eat those chocolate eggs though.
To market, to market
It's all happening in SE1 these days, so nourish your inner hipster with a trip to the Flat Iron Square flea market this Sunday. Take it easy and flip through some viny and size-up some vintage typewriters while you sip on a flat white. Then once you've picked up all the second-hand treasures you can carry, head down to the riverside to toast the Bank Holiday with fresh pasta and unlimited prosecco at Cantina del Ponte.
Go big on the bling
Quaglino's in St James's has always been the epitome of glamour: the playground of the rich and famous and even of royalty. So it makes sense that this Easter it's not just offering chocolate eggs (though there is an absolutely fabulous Easter egg dessert on the menu), but it's teamed up with Fabergé to create a decadant vodka and caviar pop-up bar offering drinks and dishes inspired by those famous Russian glittery eggs. What's more, there's set to be an array of lunches and brunches featuring live music and bottomless bubbles...
Soho sessions
100 Wardour St has got it all: great food, drink and an incredible location. What's more, this Easter it's offering its famous Saturday bottomless brunch, complete with hot cross bun bread and butter pudding, as well as a bonus Bank Holiday Monday session! If you call in for a lazy hazy Saturday, then after you've had your fill there's the option to head down the road for a 25th anniversary screening of the classic Wayne's World, complete with head-bang-a-long, at our most beloved place, The Prince Charles Cinema.
Bring on the meat sweats
If you'd like to enjoy your spring lamb with no washing up and one hell of a view, then look no further than Butlers Wharf Chop House, overlooking Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and the Thames, of course. It's all about the meat here, so needless to say, its Sunday lunch is a thing of beauty.
Just dance
Southbank Centre's brilliant Alchemy festival is back in May, showcasing the impact that South Asia's dynamic culture and creativity has had on the UK. In the lead-up to launch there's set to be a series of Bollywood dance classes, and the good news is that they're open to all and kicking off on Easter Monday. The class is set for 7pm and set to last 90 minutes, with tickets priced at £24 per person. Why not treat yourself to a taste of Skylon's new menu after you're done?

Aster in Victoria's shiny new Nova development is going all-out for the Easter weekend!
