Club D&D is teaming up with Sipsmith Gin to bring you a fantastic evening inspired by, you guessed it, gin.
All Club D&D Members and Friends are invited to an evening of gin on Tuesday 8th November, at 6.30pm, when you'll be treated to a tour and a tasting at the famous Sipsmith distillery in Chiswick, before boarding a coach back to Bluebird for dinner and drinks.
Executive Chef, Liam Smith-Laing has created a bespoke three-course menu, with each dish containing a gin botanical. The starter is will be a bergamot and yellowtail ceviche with spring onion and tobiko, followed by a roasted loin of venison, rubbed with cacao and juniper and served with celeriac purée, with a dessert of saffron-infused tropical fruits with guava sorbet and bitter chocolate.
Tickets are priced at £75, including the tour, the tasting, transport, a welcome cocktail at Bluebird, that three-course dinner and half a bottle of wine.
