PIZZA BRUNCH IS HERE

You heard it right, pizza brunch is a thing and it has come to London. Huzzah!

Almost a year after opening, Francesco Mazzei’s much-loved Islington trattoria, Radici, is launching a new bottomless weekend brunch that celebrates classic Italian dishes alongside some fun twists on London favourites.

Set to become a must-try dish on the London brunch scene, Radici’s Brunch Pinsa for two to share is topped with smoked salmon and cream cheese, egg and avocado, and prosciutto and mushroom. Further brunch dishes, inspired by the warm climate and wonderful ingredients of Francesco’s Calabrian home region, include Eggs Calabrese with pappa pomodoro, burrata and anchovy; Cannellini bean stew with poached eggs and sausage; and Ciambotta, grilled pumpkin, mushrooms and torpedino tomatoes.

With the laid-back atmosphere and rustic interiors, reminiscent of the sun-baked landscapes of southern Italy, Radici is the perfect north London spot to hideaway from the cold and spend a lazy weekend enjoying the delights of authentic southern Italian cooking.

The fantastic brunch will be available Saturdays 11am-2.30pm, and Sundays 11am-4pm. The menu can also be enjoyed as a set menu with two or three courses for £15 or £20. When enjoying the set menu, you can also add bottomless Prosecco for £15 during two hours.

All hail the gods of pizza and brunch.
