Pop up or POP OFF

1. Giovanni’s Gin Joint

Roaring 20s style, a secret speakeasy, live burlesque and Tanqueray No TEN in full flow? We’re in. Quaglino’s is bringing all the glam (as per usual) to Mayfair this summer with Giovanni’s Gin Joint. Expect excellent live performances and some simly delightful cocktails.

2. Pococello pop-up

Bey was bang on trend this year with Lemonade, and Cantina is following suit with a very exciting pop-up from our friends at Pococello – posh limoncello, duh. Could there be a better summertime drinking spot than on its terrace, overlooking the Thames? Check out the full Pococello x Fever-Tree cocktail menu here.

3. Campari & Aperol Capri terrace

If a ticket to Italy is off the cards this year, Sartoria has got the next best thing. Pull up a chair on their Capri-inspired terrace, order a plate of proper cicchetti and forget about the grey skies in London! If that doesn’t work, the bar team have collaborated with Campari and Aperol to create an incredible Spritz and Negroni menu to cool you down in this long-awaited heatwave…

4. St Germain pop-up terrace

Keeping with the spirit of making London a bit more exotic, South Place Hotel is bringing some French flair to the Angler rooftop this summer with a St Germain pop-up bar. The terrace takeover features a nice little selection of cocktails featuring the famous elderflower liqueur, plus a very special pre-dessert.

5. Prawnography

Prawnography, the raunchily named street food sensation, is popping up at Fish Market for series of weekend brunches, every Saturday and Sunday from 9th July until 7th August. Catch some rays out on the terrace with a bacon-wrapped scallop or two, and upgrade to bottomless prosecco for just £15.

Sticking with the seafood theme, CLAW is bringing its sustainably-sourced crab delights to Skylon this summer, including that famous burger. Even if you’re just popping in for a cocktail, make sure you give the coconut popcorn shrimp a try…
